The replacement of documents on basic or complete general secondary education containing errors must be carried out by the heads of educational institutions by November 1, 2026.
The Ministry of Education and Science provided relevant clarification in response to inquiries from future applicants who discovered errors in their own documents on basic or complete general secondary education.
In case of discrepancies in the data indicated in the certificate of education, due to technical errors during the document’s processing, which require document replacement (issuance of a duplicate), the Ministry of Education and Science allows the state enterprise “Inforesurs” to perform the necessary actions in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education to enable applicants to register electronic offices without replacing the document on basic general secondary education and complete general secondary education.
This means that applicants to colleges and higher education institutions will be able to participate in this year’s admission campaign with their existing documents containing errors.
At the same time, the replacement of secondary education documents with errors must be completed no later than November 1, 2026.
